Dr. Anna Chapman
Dr. Anna grew up in Putnam County and continues to call Eatonton home. She is a “Double Dawg,” completing both her undergraduate (B.S.A. Biological Sciences ‘15) and doctorate (D.V.M. ‘21) at the University of Georgia. Dr. Anna now runs the day-to-day operations at LOAH. She lives in downtown Eatonton with her husband, Zeke, two cats, Angus and Macaroni, and Boykin Spaniel, Magnolia Jane. She proudly serves on the Putnam Reads Executive Board and at her church.
Dr. Mike Chapman
Dr. Chapman was born in Carrollton, GA and grew up near Jonesboro, GA. He graduated from UGA College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987, and promptly moved to Eatonton with his wife, Susan. They quickly grew to love the lake area and realized that the Briarpatch is where they wanted their family to call home. They have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Ask him about them - he'll be happy to tell you! In his free time, Dr. Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing bass guitar with his band, Mended.
